Tech firm LegalRM had just opened their first overseas branch, in Boulder, Colorado. The team needed a press release that would highlight the growing demand for its cloud-based information governance platform, iCompli, in North America. I worked with the LegalRM team to find a compelling story among the facts; the vast increase of remote working, due to the global pandemic, accelerated the need for cloud-based compliance software for legal firms, blue-chip companies and any other professional service providers dealing with sensitive data.

After researching some of the most prominent law and compliance trade journals, it became clear that editors favoured stories celebrating success in spite of the challenges caused by the global pandemic.
