Refer a Friend Campaign.

Word of mouth is a strong tool in education, particularly for the mature student audience; research has shown that the biggest barriers to application are perceptions of psychological capability, social/cultural norms, and physical capability. The aim of the Refer a Friend campaign was to create trusted brand advocates that would naturally address some, if not all, of the concerns of other prospective mature students.

While the design and tone moved away from UKCBC’s formal style, the college’s values (“a supportive learning environment”) were still present.
