The Student Finance Survival Guide was developed from online and focus-group research.
As mature prospective students moved through the decision-making pipeline, practical issues, including student finance (SF), became the largest barriers to entry.This particular guide was developed as a support tool for online campaigns (PPC and social) targeting prospective students who were actively considering higher education but were blocked by supposed financial barriers. Feedback from current students on the confusion surrounding SF informed the tone used - we reasoned that clean and concise information (with a touch of humour directed the undeniably confusing world of SF) would connect with prospective students.
